Welcome to MileStory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MileStory app. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MileStory.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MileStory. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
You retain ownership of the posts, photos, and other content you share on MileStory ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant MileStory a license to store, display, and distribute Your Content within the app so other users can see it — this license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You're solely responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
To keep MileStory a good place for runners, you agree not to:
If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it directly in the app (tap the ••• menu on a post, comment, or profile). You can also block another user at any time, which hides their content from you and removes any follow relationship between you.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.
MileStory integrates with third-party services like Strava. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.
MileStory is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any race, training, or fitness information shared by users is accurate. MileStory is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice — consult a doctor before beginning any training program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MileStory and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury related to running or training activities you undertake.
We may update these Terms as MileStory grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use MileStory after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using MileStory and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
